1. Our commitment
We want WarFig — including The Armory, account and checkout flows, The Codex, community features, and The Forge artist portal — to work with assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, and keyboard-only navigation.
Operator: COLY LINK Pty Ltd · ABN 57 605 016 993 · warfig.com. See also our Terms of Service (§3 Accessibility) and Privacy Policy.
2. Conformance status
Standard: WCAG 2.1 Level AA (W3C quick reference).
Status: Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some pages or components may not yet meet every success criterion; we document known gaps below and remediate on an ongoing basis.
3. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier on warfig.com — for example, you cannot complete checkout with a keyboard, a control is unreachable with your screen reader, or contrast is insufficient — please tell us. We will acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and work toward a reasonable fix or alternative means of access (for example, help placing an order or product information in another format).
Email: support@warfig.com (subject line: "Accessibility feedback — warfig.com").
Australian users may also lodge a complaint with the Australian Human Rights Commission where applicable under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). We prefer to resolve issues directly when you contact us first.
4. Compatibility
This website is designed to be compatible with:
- Recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
- VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA or JAWS (Windows), and TalkBack (Android) with supported browsers
Older browsers, unsupported assistive technology combinations, or heavily customised browser settings may reduce compatibility.
5. Assessment approach
We evaluate accessibility using:
- Self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 Level AA
- Automated checks (Lighthouse accessibility, axe) on key user flows
- Manual keyboard and screen-reader spot checks before releases
Priority flows: homepage navigation, Armory browse and checkout, sign-in and account, artist submission upload, and core informational pages (Terms, Privacy, this statement).
6. Known limitations
- Some interactive tools (army builder, codex filters, canvas-style previews) may not expose full state to every assistive technology.
- Third-party embeds (analytics, payment checkout hosted fields) are governed by those providers' accessibility.
- User-generated War Council content may lack alternative text or structured headings.
- Physical product packaging and miniatures are inherently visual and tactile; we offer reasonable assistance for product information on request.
7. Technical specifications
Accessibility relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA where appropriate, CSS, and JavaScript. The site includes a skip link to main content, semantic landmarks where practicable, visible focus indicators on interactive controls, and text alternatives for essential non-text content we control.
We do not rely on third-party "accessibility overlay" widgets as a substitute for accessible design in our own code.
8. Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox. We update this statement when we make material changes to our target, status, or contact process. Last reviewed: 2026-06-07.
