1. Who we are
"WarFig," "we," "us," and "our" refer to COLY LINK Pty Ltd · ABN 57 605 016 993 · warfig.com, operator of this website and related WarFig offerings. "You" means the person or entity using the site or services.
2. The service
WarFig provides informational, community, e-commerce, and game-related content and tools (including calculators, builders, forums, and similar features) in connection with the WarFig tabletop game and physical products. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Accessibility and users with disabilities
WarFig aims to make the website and online services usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. That includes visitors who are blind or have low vision and who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnification, high-contrast settings, or keyboard-only navigation, as well as people with other disabilities who need reasonable adjustments to access our services.
Digital accessibility is an ongoing effort. Our formal Accessibility Statement describes our WCAG 2.1 Level AA target, how to report barriers, and known limitations. Parts of the site or third-party tools we embed may not yet meet every technical standard or work perfectly with every assistive setup. 4. Eligibility and accounts
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Orders, pledges, and payments
Product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping timelines, and pledge mechanics may change. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of errors, suspected fraud, inventory limits, or legal requirements. Additional terms may apply to specific campaigns (for example pledge or preorder terms shown at checkout or on dedicated pages); if those terms conflict with these Terms on a specific transaction, the more specific terms control for that transaction only.
6. Intellectual property
WarFig names, logos, rule text, artwork, card designs, software, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license below, no rights are granted to you. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we expressly permit otherwise in writing.
7. User content and conduct
If you post or submit content (including forum posts, bug reports, uploads, or feedback), you grant WarFig a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content to operate, improve, and promote the services. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license. You agree not to use the services to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, distribute malware, scrape or overload systems without permission, or post unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material. We may remove content or suspend access at our discretion.
8. Gameplay, tools, and community
Online tools, battle simulators, army builders, and community discussions are provided for convenience and entertainment. They may contain errors or outdated information. They are not a substitute for the official rulebook, tournament organizer rulings, or in-person judgment. You are solely responsible for how you play, interpret rules, and use third-party venues or events.
9. Assumption of risk (physical play)
Miniatures games involve small parts, handling of physical objects, and participation in public or private spaces. You assume all risks of personal injury, property damage, or other harm arising from gameplay, assembly, transport, or related activities, except to the extent caused solely by our gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is not enforceable under applicable law.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those jurisdictions, disclaimers apply only to the maximum extent permitted.
The disclaimers above do not limit non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth), or other laws that cannot lawfully be contracted away.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WARFIG OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO WARFIG FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD $100), IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD SUCH PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Liability caps and exclusions in this section do not apply to the extent liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including non-excludable consumer guarantees and obligations under anti-discrimination law).
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WarFig and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
17. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall lie in the courts of Australia, except that WarFig may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
18. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WarFig regarding the subject matter here and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
